This all started because I was the DJ at my own wedding…yep. Not exactly ideal.

But I cared a lot about the music, the flow of the day, and the technical details, and I wanted to make sure everything was handled well. At the time, there just weren’t many good options available nearby.

Then friends started getting married and asking me to DJ their weddings. Fast-forward 10+ years, and I’ve had the privilege of serving at countless weddings, along with proms and other events—all through word of mouth.

In 2024, I decided to make it official, and UPBEAT EVENTS was born.

The goal is simple: to help you enjoy your event without having to worry about every technical detail. From the music to the microphones to keeping things moving, I’ll take care of the behind-the-scenes pieces so you can be fully present and enjoy the occasion.
